On September 20, 2003 the Fulbright Alumni Association of SCG, the American Embassy in Belgrade and the American Consulate in Podgorica organized a gathering followed by a dinner/cocktail at the hotel Crna Gora in order to acknowledge the re-establishment of the Association and to officially affiliate Montenegrin Fulbrighters, Ron Browners and Hubert Humphries to the Association. The meeting was attended by Alumni of all three Programs from Montenegro, by the representatives of the Association in Belgrade and the representatives of the American Consulate in Podgorica.
